Exchanging your balance softgels

The process is simple – just complete the form below and we’ll email you a shipping label.

What to include in your return package :

1. All WBRx Balance bottles to be replaced. We will replace the same number of bottles that we receive.

2. A copy of the email we send you – Please print out one copy for shipping and include a second copy inside the box; this will expedite the process.

Once we receive your shipment, we will process within 24-48 hours and ship the new products to you!
