Enhanced WBRx Compensation Plan

Beginning July 1, 2020 and including the Shared Volume Promo and Wholesale Program

The following is a narrative for the updates and upgrades to the WBRx compensation plan, to include the “Shared Volume” and “Wholesale” program(s), and the qualifications required to participate.

The upgrades to the compensation plan are as follows:

 Independent Brand Partner – $49.99 application fee and a 10% discount on all product purchases from $0 – $1499.99

As someone advances through the compensation plan, all ranks are based on volume transacted in a single month, calculated between the first day and the last day of that given month (i.e. July 1 – July 31).

Manager – $1,500 in retail sales volume ($1,275+T/S actual cost), a 15% discount on all product purchases, and a 4% royalty override on the commissionable volume down one generation.

Executive – $3,000 retail sales volume ($2,400+T/S actual cost), a 20% discount on all product purchases, and a 4% royalty override on the commissionable volume down two generations.

Effective July 1

Director – Increases from $3000 to $6,000 in retail sales volume ($4,500+T/S actual cost), a 25% discount on all product purchases, and a 4% royalty override on the commissionable volume down three generations. 

Regional Director – Increases from $10,000 to $15,000 retail sales volume ($10,500+T/S actual cost), a 30% discount on all product purchases, and a 4% royalty override on the commissionable volume down four generations.

National Marketing Director – Increases from $15,000 to $30,000 retail sales volume ($19,500+T/S actual cost), a 35% discount on all product purchases, and a 8% royalty override on the commissionable volume down five generations (4% for company #1 + 4% for company #2).

President’s Partnership Club – Increases from $30,000 to $60,000 retail sales volume ($36,000+T/S actual cost), a 40% discount on all product purchases, and a 12% royalty override on the commissionable volume down six generations (4% for company #1 + 4% for company #2 + 4% for company #3).

How It Works

Once a Brand Partner achieves the rank of National Market Director (NMD), that Brand Partner may offer any of their prospects who are evaluating becoming a WBRx Brand Partner a “Shared Volume” opportunity during that same month or any month that the NMD has achieved $15,000 retail sales either through personal volume (PV), or personal group volume (PGV) (organizational volume does not apply). Within the Shared Volume program, an NMD who has qualified by exceeding $15,000 in PV and/or PGV in a given month, may offer an onboarding Brand Partner a higher rank at a lower volume amount during that same month. For example:

Brand Partner “A” qualifies for the rank of NMD in any given month, or an effective NMD generates in excess of $15,000 in PV/PGV in any given month, then Brand Partner “A” may offer an enrolling Brand Partner (we will call Brand Partner “B”) the rank of NMD for a reduced volume amount. The Shared Volume amount for NMD would be a minimum of a $5,000 retail product order from WBRx vs. $15,000 (less applicable discount, plus shipping/tax). Brand Partner “A” is not limited in the number of prospects that he/she would offer the Shared Volume program to during this same month.

  • Brand Partner A = $15,000 retail volume in June (Promoted to NMD)
  • Brand Partner B = $  5,000 retail volume in June (Promoted to NMD)
  • Brand Partner C = $  5,000 retail volume in June (Promoted to NMD)

D, E, F, and so forth. In this example, all business would have to be transacted and funded on or before the close of business (5PM CST) on the last day of the same month (i.e. June 1 through June 30).

 

Once a Brand Partner achieves the rank of President’s Partnership Club (PPC), that Brand Partner may offer any of their prospects who are evaluating becoming a WBRx Brand Partner a “Shared Volume” opportunity during that same month or any month that PPC member exceeds $30,000 in personal volume (PV) or personal group volume (PGV) (organizational volume does not apply). Within the Shared Volume program, a PPC member who has qualified by exceeding $30,000 in PV and/or PGV in a given month, may offer an onboarding Brand Partner a higher rank at a lower volume amount during that same month. Brand Partner “A” is not limited in the number of prospects that he/she would offer the Shared Volume program to during this same month.

  • Brand Partner A = $30,000 retail volume in June (Promoted to PPC)
  • Brand Partner B = $15,000 retail volume in June (Promoted to PPC)
  • Brand Partner C = $15,000 retail volume in June (Promoted to PPC)

D, E, F, and so forth. In this example, all business would have to be transacted and funded on or before the close of business (5PM CST) on the last day of the same month (i.e. June 1 through June 30).

In the event Brand Partner “A” has inventory that they have purchased from WBRx for sampling, personal use, or resale, and that product has not been tampered with in any way, nor has it expired, then Brand Partner “A” may use his/her discretion to include some of that product in Brand Partner “B’s” enrollment order above and beyond the minimum amount required by WBRx.

One example could be:

Brand Partner “B” has made the decision to capitalize their business at PPC within a Shared Volume Opportunity.  Brand Partner “A” has qualified to participate in offering the Shared Volume Opportunity and has $2,000 of inventory on hand available for sale. Brand Partner “A” may offer Brand Partner “B” the rank of PPC for a $15,000 order from WBRx (less applicable discount, plus shipping/tax) and a $2,000 order from Brand Partner “A” (less applicable discount, plus shipping/tax) for a total of $17,000 retail (less applicable discount, plus shipping/tax) vs. $30,000 retail. Brand Partner “A” would be solely responsible for delivering all product sold from Brand Partner “A” to Brand Partner “B.” In this example, all business would have to be transacted and funded on or before the close of business (5PM CST) on the last day of the same month (i.e. June 1 through June 30).
